Brew half a cup using your drip machine, Keurig, or pour-over and enjoy your latte. Pour milk into a mason jar and microwave for 1 minutes. Brew espresso or strong coffee as desired. Use immediately or let cool and store in a jar in the fridge until ready to use. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla paste (or extract). There’s no replacement for the strong, complex flavor of a great shot of espresso! But if you don’t have an espresso maker (and aren’t ready to buy one), you can use strong coffee instead.
